However, i had to get a new card and it was an oberthur card, so I tried the OpenSC solution and it seems to work better (more consistently) than anything else I've used, including the stuff built into Leopard and SL.

The AdmitMac package is way overkill (price and functionality) for most users that only need to access CAC enabled sites. I helped a friend install the Thursby package.
